I’m Paul Joseph, the proud owner of both Precision Plus Home Remodelers Inc. and Kitchens & Baths by Precision Inc. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.
My career in home remodeling began almost by accident. As a young adult, I found myself in a position where I had a fix-me-upper of an apartment that needed some serious renovation and remodeling. The entire house desperately needed some TLC but especially in the kitchen area. Fortunately for me, at the time, I had very good friends, one of whom was an accomplished carpenter, together, over a period of a couple of weeks, we built the most impressive kitchen you could imagine. In the end, the entire process was most rewarding in not just monetary terms as we created an unimaginably magnificent kitchen under-budget, but I also had the pleasure of cooking some amazing meals and entertaining many impressed guests over the years.
Amazed at my own ingenuity and resourcefulness, in the early eighties, I started my own remodeling business and that’s where my amazing career began.
With almost nearly thirty-eight years of designing amazing spaces and making every one of my client’s dreams a reality, I can say that the design process has evolved in many ways. Three dimensional home design software and the introduction of reality television programs that focus on home remodeling has made interior design accessible to a wider audience, showing the general public how beautiful their homes could look with minor tweaks. Another major change that I have noticed over the past couple of years is the introduction of stringent inspections on all buildings, and an increase in building codes in general. Building inspectors doing in-depth checks to ensure the health, safety, and welfare of the building’s occupants makes it necessary to use the best materials, a service I am only too happy to provide. I find it very satisfying to know the buildings and projects I work on, meet the highest quality standards, pass any inspections and meet all design and construction regulations.

When I am not at work, I have a full family life. My career takes up most of my time, but when time permits, I enjoy spending time with my friends and family, especially my eight grandchildren. My business partner runs a kitchen that caters to the homeless, and I also support this noble cause in any way I can.
